Business Development Center Service Supervisor

Conicelli Autoplex is seeking a motivated, experienced Supervisor for our centralized Service Business Development Center.  This position will work in conjunction with the department manager to supervisor our team of Scheduling Coordinators.   Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role; strong written and oral communication skills; excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy call center environment.   

BDC Service Supervisor - Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule service appointments
  • Make outbound calls
  • Accurately document customers’ concerns when scheduling appointment
  • Order parts and notify internal counterparts as needed
  • Ensure that department metrics and goals are met in relation to customer contact
  • Assist in the training of Scheduling Coordinators 
  • Be proficient in dealing with customers via telephone and email
  • Assist with measuring and maintaining performance levels set by the company
  • Assist with review and approval of decline set/show appointments for Scheduling Coordinators’ bonus
  • Effectively utilize CRM and Service Scheduling tools
  • Be knowledgeable about service process, business philosophy, and products
  • Be knowledgeable of office practices and administrative procedures
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Coordinate schedules and document customer needs in our CRM system
  • Establish productive relationships with Service Advisors, Parts Managers and external Customers

Service BDC Supervisor - Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Possess excellent organizational, written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Capable of working with a diverse workforce and customer base
  • Skilled in problem solving and customer satisfaction
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bilingual a plus
